KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Offline Trainings

Offline training typically refers to traditional, in-person sessions where participants gather physically in a specific location, such as a classroom or conference room, to receive instruction or participate in learning activities. These sessions are conducted face-to-face with an instructor or trainer.

Online Trainings

Online training involves delivering educational content or learning experiences via the internet. Participants can access these sessions remotely from their own devices, such as computers, tablets, or smartphones, using an internet connection. Online training may include pre-recorded video lectures, interactive modules, discussion forums, quizzes, and other digital learning resources. It offers the flexibility for learners to engage with the material at their own pace and from any location with internet access.

Field Exposures

Field exposure typically refers to the practical experience gained by individuals through direct involvement in real-world situations, environments, or activities related to their area of study or work. It involves hands-on learning and observation outside of a classroom or traditional learning setting.

For example, in academic contexts, field exposure involves internships, externships, practicums, or fieldwork, where students apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings. In professional settings, field exposure can involve employees gaining firsthand experience through on-the-job training, site visits, job rotations, or project assignments that allow them to develop practical skills and understanding relevant to their roles.

Overall, field exposure provides individuals with valuable opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge, gain practical skills, and develop a deeper understanding of their field or practice social work theories.

These courses are designed to provide targeted knowledge and skills within a relatively short timeframe, typically ranging from a few days to a few weeks, as opposed to longer academic programs such as degrees or diplomas.
